H-E-B Foodie Picks- BLENDABLES-Eat Well. Nutribug*-*



 
On April this year, I was blessed to begin a career path with H-E-B, one of the largest food companies in Texas. I would be part of  their Nutrition Services Team and would placed closer to home in the BORDER. With this new journey, I have been given the opportunity to explore and learn about all of their great products. What a great way, to show YOU some of these products that have that extra NUTRITION kick to them. My first product is our H-E-B BLENDABLES.

They have a couple of mixtures but "3" of my favorites are the POWER HOUSE, BRIGHT EYED, and GREEN FUEL. They are packed with VITAMINS and NUTRIENTS making them one of my current foodie favs.

GREEN FUEL- has a blend of kale, spinach, apple, pineapple & banana (good source of Vitamin K, Fiber, Potassium, which promote good heart health, your digestive system and energy)

POWER HOUSE- has a blend of bananas, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and kale (good source of Potassium, Flavanoids, Antioxidants, and Vitamin K, promoting immunity, prevention of certain types of cancer and increasing blood health)

BRIGHT EYED- has a blend of peaches, carrots, banana, pineapple, and mango (good source of Vitamin A, Potassium, and Fiber, promoting digestive health, eye health and muscle health)

Promoting not only good health and nutrition but also helping YOU get in more FRUIT & VEGGIES!!

These blends don't have any added sugars or additives. They are all natural and are frozen at their peak, giving them a high nutrient and vitamin profile. We often worry about our fruits and veggies going bad or not having the time to put something together for breakfast or a quick snack. BLENDABLES make it a little less difficult for you. These can be mixed into a smoothie as is or you can add some milk, yogurt, or almond milk as a base to add some protein.

You can also mix them into a cold salad or over yogurt. Many ways to enjoy. I hope you give them a try and enjoy them as much as I do. The road to healthy eating and well being is not easy. Let me help you through it.
