In this post we are going to make easy chocolate Ganache at home. This rich, silky chocolate Ganache is beyond easy to make and perfect for chocolate glaze, filling cake even making truffles! You don't have to just use cream and chocolate either, in this post we go over some of the many delicious flavours you can add to make a tasty ganache to suit almost any desserts. This chocolate ganache is homemade without cream and chocolate. Chocolate ganache is also called as chocolate sauce. You can also use the ganache serve with churros.

INGREDIENTS
- Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup (60g)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup (100g)
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - pinch
- Milk - 1 cup (250ml)
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
METHOD
1. In a deep a saucepan add unsweetened cocoa powder.
2. Add corn flour.
3. Then add Granulated sugar and salt.
4. Mix well until all the ingredients come together.
5. Gradually add one cup of milk.
6. Whisk without lumps.
7. Place the pan over low heat. Keep stirring until the chocalate ganache thickens.
8. When it is thickened turn off the flame.
9. After you turned off the flame add butter and mix.
10. Our chocolate ganache turns into glossy look.
11. Very finally add vanilla essence and mix well.
Now our tasty, creamy, smooth, glossy and easy chocolate ganache is ready to decorate any desserts and cakes.
